This document is published in accordance with current Government advice and PASC guidance. This document may be updated at any time to reflect the current virus situation within the Somerset region or England.

Although the legal requirement to self-isolate should you test positive for Covid-19 ended in England on 24th February 2022, we would ask you to exercise personal responsibility if you are displaying symptoms.

This may include taking a Lateral Flow Test/PCR test, and self-isolating if it is positive.
In these circumstances, we would prefer it if you did not visit us, and instead contact us about your stay.

The objective of these measures is to reduce the risk to the lowest reasonably practicable level that we can achieve, by taking the preventative measures which we have identified below.

Contact free check-in and check-out, access details will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.
Don’t attempt to arrive before your pre agreed arrival time.

As hosts, we are now carrying out, the following additional actions above and beyond our standard cleaning process to this property:

As guests we ask that you also comply by sanitising your hands before entering the property at the sanitiser station(s) provided. Follow these daily duties during your stay: frequent hand washing, observe to leave windows and doors open whenever possible to ventilate the property; no non-essential visitor(s) to the property.

We thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter and we kindly ask that you have promptly departed the property 10.00 am latest (unless you have pre-paid for later departure time) this is to enable us sufficient time to complete a clean and in between guest stays.
