Add an extra night
My top recommendation to anybody, if time permits and you’ve not done so already, is to stay for three nights or more.
Trust me – the time will fly by in your hut, and you will run out of time. Many previous guests tell me the same, and my own experience of using the huts confirms it!
So why not add that extra night’s stay to your existing booking (subject to our availability)?
Contact us directly for the price to add an extra night’s experience to your existing booking.

Early / Late Check-in
If you have not already booked an early check-in for Ted’s Hut, then you should – those couple of extra hours allow you to settle into your surroundings and set up the hot tub.
If you’re staying in Len’s Hut don’t forget the late check-out option, no need to rush around in the morning or you can just have a lazy breakfast on departure day! Both options are provided with a complimentary bottle of local Somerset fizz on your arrival.

Our must see visits
Walk around the perimeter of Wells Cathedral and Bishops Palace moat, visit Wells on market days (Wednesday and Saturday), or Kilver Court Gardens and the former prison in Shepton Mallet, where the gangster gangland Kray twins were held for a short while.
Walk up Glastonbury Tor, buy some crystals, drums or spirit-tiled books in Glastonbury High Street. If you like to pick up a bargain don’t forget the large car boot sale in Cheddar, which is held very early on Sunday mornings. If you fancy a swim in the summer, we have two swimming pools close by, Shepton Mallet and Street both have heated outdoor pools which are open in the summertime.
Visit George’s Garden and country café, fresh fruit and veg and probably the biggest cooked breakfast in Somerset served in their café, just two miles away, or visit one of the many farm shops or local farmhouse cider shops.
