Season Off To An Award-Winning Start

We’ve been keeping a secret for the past month, which we can now finally share with you!

At the beginning of the year we were inspected by VisitEngland, who confirmed that we had retained our Gold Award status. We’re delighted to announce that, following Liz’s visit who is our VisitEngland assessor, she nominated us for a VisitEngland ROSE (Recognition of Service Excellence) Award – and we have received one!

This prestigious award is given every year to just 100 accommodation businesses who have been assessed by VisitEngland, and take into account not just what the Inspector says but also guest feedback from the VisitEngland website and online reviews. So a huge thankyou to everyone who has left us a review, it really does make a difference!

Yesterday we received our award at a celebratory afternoon tea at the Luton Hoo Hotel in Luton, another one for the Award shelf (and for Mandy to dust!).

We’re delighted and honoured to have received a ROSE award, and will redouble our efforts to provide gold-star service to you, our lovely glampers!
